A respected member of the O’Brien Team, having been with the company for more than 10 years, Ben has a holds a Diploma of Project Management, and is also a qualified electrician and plumber.

In his role of Southern States Service Manager, Ben draws on his exceptional customer service and communication skills to assist our customers with complex technical solutions.

He also draws on these skills to nurture and grow relationships with his staff and our business partners.

With his technical background, Ben applies problem-solving and intrapersonal skills to successfully run his team and plays a key role in the recruitment and training of technical staff.
