From your initial thoughts and technical requirements, O’Brien offers a full scope proposal including design and detailed technical specifications. This document is reviewed until all parties are confident that the scope and solution proposed meets the system requirements, budget specified and timeline for delivery. O’Brien demonstrates genuine Project Management capability and delivery with our dedicated Project Management Office (PMO). Our PMO is headed up by our professional Project Manager who’s key focus is to deliver the strategic projects and their objectives across Australia and all its territories. Our Project Manager is supported by a network of support staff. Our job does not finish once your steam system is delivered and up and running. Upon completion of the project, our Service Department will support your service and maintenance requirements.
